Heat insulation suits are an essential protective equipment for firefighters. This clothing can reflect over 90% of the radiant heat when exposed to flames and hot environments, effectively preventing the self-ignition and radiation of fire, thereby protecting the human body from harm during long-term emergency rescue operations in extremely harsh high-temperature conditions. It is also widely used as protective clothing for operators in industrial, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and glass industries during high-temperature operations. 

Firefighters' heat insulation suits are usually made by sewing together three or more layers of materials. The outer layer is made of flame-retardant fiber fabric and vacuum-coated aluminum film composite material, which has the property of preventing radiation heat and can reflect over 90% of the radiation heat. The inner layer is generally composed of high-temperature-resistant heat insulation felt, which has characteristics such as heat insulation and flame retardancy. The inner lining is composed of flame-retardant comfort layers, making it soft and comfortable to wear. Depending on the combination of different materials, the heat insulation suits can generally protect against temperatures ranging from 500°C to 1500°C. 

The entire set of heat insulation suit consists of a heat insulation hood, a heat insulation jacket, heat insulation belt pants, heat insulation gloves, and a heat insulation foot cover. The heat insulation shoes can be optionally selected. 

Regarding the cleaning and storage of the heat insulation suit: After use, it must be inspected and cleaned before being stored again. Ensure that the heat insulation suit is clean and tidy. If there are small, not very serious burn marks or abrasions on the surface of the heat insulation suit, they can be repaired with an aluminum-coated spray gun. If the external part of the heat insulation suit is severely damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
