Open the neck and chest area of the chemical protective suit, insert both feet into the pants, lift the pants up to the waist, then extend both arms into the sleeves, and put the rings on the cuffs around the thumbs. 

Fold the protective fabric of the top, pull it over the chest fabric to cover completely, and then tighten the large white QQ on the front of the chest. 

Adjust the belt to make sure it is tight, and then double-check that the large buckle is securely fastened.
