【Product Description】

Heat insulation suits are essential protective equipment for workers operating in industrial high-temperature environments. 【Technical Performance】

1. Flame Retardant Property: Damage length ≤ 100mm, Re-ignition time ≤ 2 seconds, No melting or dripping phenomenon;

2. Breaking Strength: Weave and Weft directions ≥ 650N;

3. Tear Strength: Weave and Weft directions ≥ 100N;

4. Flexibility Resistance: After the flex resistance test of the weave, neither in dry nor wet state will there be a phenomenon of the composite layer material or fibers peeling off; Breaking strength in both weave and weft directions ≥ 500N;

5. Resistance to Static Water Pressure: Dry and wet states ≥ 17kPa;

6. Thermal Stability (260℃): Before and after washing, no color change, delamination, carbonization, melting or dripping phenomenon; Variation in both weave and weft directions ≤ 10%.
