【Product Description】

The fire protection suit is manufactured in accordance with the XF634-2015 standard for "Firefighter Thermal Insulation Protective Clothing". It is mainly used as a protective garment for firefighters to wear when they need to quickly pass through a fire area or enter a fire scene for firefighting and rescue operations. This garment is composed of multiple layers of materials such as the fire-resistant layer, fireproof layer, heat insulation layer, waterproof layer, and anti-condensation layer, and has excellent fire resistance and heat insulation properties. This garment can not only provide personal protection for firefighters during firefighting operations in fire zones, but also be used for the personal protection of workers in industries such as glass, cement, and ceramics during high-temperature emergency repairs in kilns. 

【Technical Performance】 

I. Main Performance: 

Fireproof and heat-resistant, it can pass through the fire zone and immediately come into contact with the flames. 

2. It can withstand a flame temperature of 1000℃ for a short period of time.

Flame retardant property 

Flame retardant performance: The time for re-ignition in both the warp and weft directions is ≤ 2 seconds. The damage length in both directions is ≤ 20mm. There is no phenomenon of melting or dripping. 

Breaking strength: Weft direction ≥ 500N, Warp direction ≥ 500N. 

Tear strength: Weft direction ≥ 32N, Warp direction ≥ 32N. 

Thermal stability performance: Dimensional change rate ≤ 10%. 

2. Insulation layer fabric 

Flame retardant performance: The smoldering time is ≤ 2 seconds, the damage length is ≤ 100mm, and there is no melting or dripping phenomenon. 

Thermal stability performance: Dimensional change rate ≤ 10%. 

3. Comfortable fabric 

Breaking strength: Weft direction ≥ 300N, Warp direction ≥ 300N. 

Thermal stability performance: Dimensional change rate in both warp and weft directions ≤ 10%.
