【Product Description】

The second-level chemical protection suit is the protective clothing worn by rescue personnel when entering the accident site involving chemical hazardous substances or corrosive items such as strong acids and strong alkalis for operations. This suit is made of high-strength flame-retardant anti-acid and alkali fabric in strict accordance with XF770-2008 "Firefighter Chemical Protective Clothing". It not only has the performance of resisting strong acids and strong alkalis, but also possesses excellent flame-retardant and strength properties. This suit can be used in industries such as fire fighting, petroleum, and chemical engineering. 

【Technical Performance】

1. Overall water resistance: No leakage after 20 minutes;

2. Fabric tensile strength: ≥ 9 KN/m;

3. Tear strength: ≥ 50 N in both warp and weft directions;

4. Seam strength: ≥ 250 N in both warp and weft directions. 

5. Heat resistance and aging performance: After the sample is placed in a 125℃ aging test chamber for 24 hours, it remains non-sticky and non-crumbly.

5. Chemical resistance: Under the conditions of 80% sulfuric acid, 60% nitric acid, 30% hydrochloric acid, and 6.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution at a liquid column height of 10mm for 60 minutes, it does not penetrate.

6. Cold resistance: After being frozen at -25℃ ± 1℃ for 5 minutes, there are no cracks on the surface. 

7. Flame retardant performance: Flame ignition for burning ≤ 10 seconds, non-flame ignition for burning ≤ 10 seconds, damage length ≤ 100mm, no molten droplets falling
